Already CH is a Swiss-sovereign Next.js 15 SaaS starter kit sold by wait, what. studio ("Seller"), based in Zurich, Switzerland. Purchasing a licence gives you access to a private GitHub repository containing the Already CH codebase together with deployment artefacts for Exoscale and Coolify.
When you purchase Already CH, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the source code to build any number of your own applications — commercial or otherwise.
Licence tiers:
.edu or Swiss university email).You may deploy applications built on Already CH to any hosting provider — Exoscale and Coolify are recommended but not required. You are not required to attribute Already CH in your product.
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF). Where Swiss VAT applies (sales to customers within Switzerland), the price displayed at checkout includes the standard Swiss VAT rate of 8.1% in accordance with Art. 25 of the Swiss VAT Act (MWSTG). For international customers, Payrexx handles currency conversion and any applicable foreign VAT or sales tax at checkout.
Any application you build using Already CH as a foundation is entirely yours. You own your product code, your customer data, and your business. The licence covers the starter codebase only.
Licence holders receive lifetime updates within the v1.x release line at no additional cost. Future major versions (v2.x and beyond) may be offered as a paid upgrade.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet cloned the repository. This 14-day window is offered voluntarily and goes beyond what is strictly required for digital goods under Swiss consumer law. Once you have cloned the repository, the licence is considered consumed and no refund will be issued, as the source code is in your possession.
Payments are processed by Payrexx AG, a Swiss payment gateway based in Thun, Canton of Bern. Payrexx supports credit cards, TWINT, PostFinance, and other Swiss and European payment methods. The price displayed at checkout is the final price including applicable taxes.
Already CH is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by Art. 199 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). The Seller does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error. Use in production is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law (Art. 100 CO), the Seller's total liability for any claims arising under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or business opportunity. Liability for gross negligence and wilful misconduct is not excluded.
Processing of personal data in connection with this purchase is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the substantive law of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms is Zurich, Switzerland. Mandatory consumer protection rules at the consumer's place of residence remain reserved.
Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated by email to active licence holders. Continued use of the software after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
